IT Change Agents was founded to provide solid quality support in navigating changes in technology.  The founder of IT Change Agents, Barry Ogletree, has been on the front lines as an IT Director and IT Consultant for government entities; various corporations, including Harrah’s Entertainment, a heterogeneous server environment; and multiple Higher Education institutions.  He and his employees have stood in your shoes.  Mr. Ogletree’s vision is to translate that understanding into a high level of customer service and technical know-how from which you will benefit.  It is our empathy for the end user and what he encounters that sets us apart from others in the marketplace. 

We have over 25 concurrent years of experience in information technology, educational technology, education management, and information management.  This is gained from the experience of our staff as managers and supporters of IT.  Our management team comes from technical and management backgrounds in business and industry, education, engineering, product management, telecommunications, database, networking, systems, infrastructure, and information technology.
